Due to the handmade nature of items in my shop, returns are under no circumstances accepted. However, if your item comes damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact me as I will always do my best to resolve the issue. 

Please keep in mind that all items are handmade and may differ slightly from the photos used in listings.
